Do you have contracts?
No. FitChalk is a month-to-month service. We’ll do everything we can to keep you around, but if you don’t feel like we’re the right answer for your gym, you’re not obligated to stay.
What payment methods can I accept with FitChalk?
You need to be flexible as a gym owner and we understand that. FitChalk Processing can handle all major credit and debit cards, as well as direct bank transfers (ACH).
Does it matter where I am located?
No. FitChalk is a cloud-based service and is accessible from anywhere in the world. Whether you’re in your gym, on the road, or at the house, you can run your business easily with our technology.
